One of the charities we support is Children with Cancer, a leading national children’s charity that is dedicated to helping end childhood cancer.
The statistics for this disease in the UK are staggering. Nearly 4,000 kids are handed a life altering cancer diagnosis every year. This great organisation is working to find the cause, develop cures, and offer care for kids suffering with the disease.
How We’re Helping
The Virgin Money London Marathon is one of the biggest fundraising events in the world today. Since 1981, runners have managed to raise more than £890 million for various causes. One of their supported charities is Children with Cancer, and that’s where we come in.
Founder Christian Murphy is currently training for the Coventry Half Marathon on March 18, then he’ll be running in the Virgin Money London Marathon on April 22. His hope? This run will make an impact and help 3D Quick Printing donate more than £2000 to Children with Cancer. You can help him meet his goal to end childhood cancer by donating to the cause.
