One of our recent projects was to manufacture small copies of a gear for Rossi Gear Motors Ltd in Coventry, an affiliated company of the Italian Rossi Spa situated in Modena Italy, one of the largest manufacturers of Gear Reducers and Gear motors in Europe. The company has had a direct presence in the United Kingdom for over 25 years. Rossi UK has a well-established sales force, as well as a strong technical engineering team, focused specifically on adding value to the company’s customer base. The company have been working with us and they are always satisfied with our outputs.
This project was to make models to be given to the clients of Rossi during their exhibition coming up in the next few months.
All part of this 3D project was being printed on a Stratasys Elite machine. on a .178 Slice. Each part printed took about 28 hours to complete in a high-density fill.
